INGREDIENTS: Betaine hydrochloride, bromelain from pineapple fruit extract (Ananas comosus), pepsin, rice flour, ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale standardized to 5% gingerols), papain from papaya fruit extract (Carica papaya), L-leucine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, bamboo shoot extract (Bambusa vulgaris standardized to 70% silica)

DIRECTIONS: Take 3 capsules daily, 15 minutes before meal or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.
