Return Policy

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 813-235-0308 or office@visantous.com within 14 days of receiving the product, providing details of the product and the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Please Note:

We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for damaged items.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a defective item, please contact us at 813-235-0308 or office@visantous.com to obtain a shipping label. After receiving the shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@visantous.com, and we will discuss the exchange product options with you.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders may take approximately 2-5 days to be processed. Shipping time depends on the postal service but is generally 2-7 days within the US and may be up to 2-3 weeks to countries outside of the US. Mail delivery may be delayed during holidays. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds are issued in the order of payment received. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RESTOCKING FEE

For all orders that are returned to our facility with an insufficient address or not claimed by the customer, a restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs. Domestic orders will incur a flat rate of $10, while international orders will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total order value.
