Shipping Policy

Effective Saturday, January 15, 2022, we will be offering free shipping in the United States on all orders placed over $150.00. 

We had to increase the minimum order for free shipping due to rising transportation and shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

 

Processing

Orders may take up to 24 – 48 hours to be processed in our facility. Orders are processed during normal business hours (9 AM EST - 5 PM EST). Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays.

Orders will ship out of our office in Oldsmar, Florida.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please ensure you have extra time when placing your order since product availability and carrier shipping could cause delays.  

 

Restocking Fee

For unopened and undamaged products, a restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs. Domestic orders will incur a flat rate of $10, while international orders will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total order value. Shipping Liability

Visanto is not responsible for stolen packages during transit or once dropped off at the final destination. Visanto shall not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages or for any delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier. Visanto does not offer any refund or reimbursements for stolen or lost packages.
