Return Policy


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 813-235-0308 or within 14 days of receiving the product with details of the product and the defect.  

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.



For unopened and undamaged products, a restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs. Domestic orders will incur a flat rate of $10, while international orders will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total order value. To return a defective item, please contact us at 813-235-0308 or to obtain a shipping label. After receiving the shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds are sent in the order of payment received. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.



All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders may take approximately 2-5 days to be processed. Shipping time depends on the postal service, but is generally 2-7 days within the US and may be up to 2-3 weeks to countries outside of the US. Mail delivery may be delayed during holidays.
